Guanajuato is centrally located in the Mexican high desert, making for wonderful year round weather. It is a university town and the seat of government, and it has great cultural activities including the Cervantino festival. Many foreign companies operate in the area.

It is 40 minutes from Leon where many modern shopping facilities can be found and only 20 minutes from an international airport that has direct fights to Dallas, Houston, Chicago, and the Bay Area.

The price is not negotiable. We will not finance it. But we will consider a lease option to buy. If I rent it, we will continue to pay our own gardener/maintenance man because we want him to continue his scrupulous maintenance of the garden as well as of the houses.
