The casa features 2 comfortable bedrooms (15'x13'6" and 13'x11'6") with baths, kitchen/pantry/laundry room, small sitting room and a veranda overlooking the ocean with built-in dining table and seating area. On the first level, there is storage and half bath plus a large veranda and a covered 2 car carport (carport not included in square footage). We have very good Internet service. Cable TV is available. This property has public electricity and a water well with UV system and 4 filters (all water to the house goes through this system and is good tasting water and safe). The range and oven and the water heater is powered by propane.

The casa was completed in November 2006. Limited shopping is available 15 minutes away in the towns of Las Lajas and San Felix. The city of David, which has first class shopping, is one hour and 15 minutes away from the casa on good highway. There are several good restaurants/bars along the beach. This area is just now starting to be developed but is still quiet and peaceful.
