The complex extends on a total surface of 1700 sq. metres, containing 19 independent dwellings all with private entrance a with shared park and pool.

Condition
A meticulous attention is evident in everything from the layout of the rooms to the choices of materials and decor. The walls are made of local stone, the floors are made of handmade tiles and the ceilings of wood. The corridors and rooms are all different in size and shape and character. The natural colours of the walls create a softening warmth and are complimented by the terracotta of the bricks, the greys and ochres of the sandstone walls and the wooden ceilings.
