The bonds are secured on the full asset base of Archipelago Inc. and offer a healthy rate of return which is unrivalled in any investment with this level of security.
Each year the bond will pay out a return of between 7% and 8%, dependent upon the investment made. At the end of the 5 year life of the bond, the capital is returned, together with a 100% bonus payment. All these payments are guaranteed, and are in no way dependent upon the performance of the project being financed.
