Beach House For Sale in Natal, Rio Grande Do Norte Brazil Wonderful Beach House In Charming Village Asking Price: 75,000 € This is a private owned house, constructed in 2006 in a condominio together with 45 other similar houses. There is also a private, comunal restaurant and poolbar. The house is located in the fishing village Maracajau, one hour north of the one million city Natal in North East Brasil. The location is also close to the biggest aqua-land in th region and just next to the biggest coralreef in the region. There are a lot of bots going out every day from the beach outside the house.
The house is ideal for families, located in a quiet corner of the garden and has ideal privacy. There is one roof terrace/solarium and one terrace utside the livingroom on first floor. But mostly we sit outside the house on the green under our palm tree with the door open to the kitchen.
The rooms: On ground floor: Kitchen with fridge and water cooler. Television. One bedroom with double bed, big wardrobe and air condition. One small bathroom. Stairs to first floor: Living room with sofa, table and two armchairs. Door to terrace with hammoc. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds, both with air condition. Big wardrobe in both bedrooms. Stairs to roof terrace.
The owners of the 46 houses are all good friends and there is always a good mood in the "village" when people meet there, especially during the easter and Christmas/new year vaccations.
Outside the walls you will find the beach. You can swim, walk, ride horses or play football on the beach, or you can go diving with the guides. If you walk on the beach from the house, you will soon come to the village Maracajau. There are a lot of small, nice restaurants on a few simple shops. People are so nice here and if you like, they are easy to get in contact with. The village also has a cute, small, pink church with service every weekend year round. If you rent a car or a beach boogy to get around, take it easy in the village because there are often cows(!) in the street as well as kids.
Activities: You can rent a horse with a guide for nice trips in the sand dunes during the sunset. Rent a boogy to go on sightseeing along the beaches. Go diving, skin or scuba. Go swimming in the ocean. And last nut not least, the favorite activity in Brazil: Relax in the hamoc!
CONCLUSION: This is a finished, nice house on the beach, ready to put the key in the door and enjoy. It is not one project who might be finished in a year or two... This house is some of the best value for money you will find in this area. If you like this district and these conditions, do not waste time and look further. Buy this house! (We have bought another one!)
