• This is not a fully covered basement. It has been converted as follows: The inner half of the basement:

  • The engine room where the boiler, water filters, red diesel tank, main electricity and central phone system are located.
  • The utility room fully equipped with washing machine and dryer and with a strong extractor fan.
  • At the end of the corridor is the study room/office which is fully equipped with shelves, and cabinets. Next to the office there is a cloak room.
The outer half of the basement:

There is also a good size vegetable patch.

Finally, there is also a playground which has not yet been fully equipped.

Behind the pool is the fully equipped BBQ area. It has got its own wood oven, work space, BBQ, sink and pool bar. There is also a spacious storage room. The swimming pool in front of the above is 16 x 8 m with stairs going in the pool and a diving board at the other end. There is a fully equipped cleaning system. The pool is equiped with a cover for the winter.

From the pool/BBQ area there is both a ramp and stairs leading to the house.

Additional details:

There is an alarm system on the house which is fully operated. There are cameras around the house which can be seen internally through the television.
The phone central is of high standards. It is also used for internal calls, as intercom for opening the main gate and for the alarm.

There are two satellite discs on the roof, one for the national and one for the international TV.
