The pool (8m x 4, 1.5 to 1.2m deep) a spa with jets and a child’s paddling pool area (800mm deep) is surrounded by a terrace overlooking the back garden and lake. The pool has a salt based chlorination system and is maintained on a weekly basis.
The Garden is walled on 3 sides but open at the back to the lake, there are no overlooking houses giving total privacy.
