The villa has 2 bedrooms with built- in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one includes the laundry), living room, dining room, fireplace, fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The interiors combine elegance with tradition that is in full harmony with local folklore and fully suited to comfort and relaxation. The villa has the capacity to accommodate up to 4 people in the bedrooms and two more in the living room.

Surely, the most lovely part of the house is it's terrace with an awesome and breathtaking sea view and an incredible sunset which actually makes this place one of the most beautifull in the world! Beyond the terrace is the garden full of grass and flowers which ends up to the unique waterfront where the sea water is just beneath your feet! You may choose to either relax in the garden watching the sea or the sunset, or go swimming in the beautifull beach only 2-3 minutes walk from the house.


Our villa is located in a complex of 20 villas, namely Villas Emilion, all of them located in a breathtaking piece of land surrounded (270o degrees) by the sea and full of lawn and beautifully designed lush gardens that boast various kinds of plants and fruit bearing trees. It's a unique place that ideally comprises the crystal waters of Mediterranean with thousands of trees and flowers.

The overall area is called Agios Aimilianos (Saint Emilianos) which name has been taken from the homonym picturesque church built into the sea! The area is full of luxury villas owned by various rich and famous Greek and foreign people from all parts of the world. Agios Aimilanos is located only 10 minutes (by car) from Porto Heli, a unique holiday resort which ideally combines relaxation with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Just two and a half hours from Athens (either by sea or road), it is no wonder that Porto Heli has become the permanent holiday getaway of famous artists, well-known businessmen and media personalities.

Little traditional restaurants ("tavernas")and elegant restaurants, outdoor cinemas and a variety of cafe's and bars are to be found along the picturesque harbour of Porto Heli which is easily accessible to yachts and offers a number of facilities to their owners. Crystal clear waters, endless beaches, numerous possibilities for sea sports, trips to the surrounding countryside, glorious morning sunrises and magnificent sunsets are experiences that will stay with you for all time.
