Surrounding the pool is a very large veranda and diner is served on the veranda.
The villa can be accessed through big ornate electrically controlled iron gates where there is enough parking for up to ten cars. There is also a little gate leading from the garden onto the 17th fairway of the golf course, and from there it is only a five minute walk down to the sea.
The Studio Apartment offers secluded self-contained accommodation for 2 to 3 people. With it's own separate access the studio can be reached up steps leading to a spacious veranda. The apartment has been recently built in an open plan style affording generous views of the golf course and the sea and gardens all around. The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen and bar area with a beautiful Imperial Range stove.
Wooden stairs lead to a platform sleeping area with a Queen size bed and plenty of room to add another single upon request.
Additionally there is a dining table and four chairs in the centre of the living area and a chaise longue.
The studio is air-conditioned, however, the breezes from the Ocean keep this lovely open apartment nice and cool, there is also a half enlcosed veranda with a glass table and chairs and deck chairs where guests can relax and have their evening meal or to enjoy the view of the gardens.
There is a small gate that leads to Ricketts Drive, a quite road that leads to the beach and the sea. There is a restuarant and bar within five minutes walk overlooking the ocean.
