The Villa
This beautiful villa that has uninterrupted views of the golf course and the sea, is built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming pool that has recently been relined and fitted with a new purifying system.
The villa is very spacious and there are four en-suite bedrooms that open out through large tinted glass sliding doors onto the veranda around the pool. The living room also opens through 6 large tinted glass sliding doors to create an open plan living space.
We provide 32" flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms with cable TV, and high-speed wireless Internet service. There is a 42" flat screen TV in the living room. All the en-suite bathrooms are large and equipped with onyx sinks and double showers and fitted with closet cupboards and drawers.
We also have a removable crèche fitting that attaches to all the poles around the pool offering 100% security for families with young children.
The villa has been completely rebuilt and refurbished, including a large newly built kitchen fully equipped with an imperial range stove, large fridge freezer & walk in pantry. The kitchen is more than suitable for large groups.

Penthouse Studio
Access to the Penthouse studio is from the car park and is situated to the rear of the property with concrete stairs leading to on the 1st floor onto a veranda. The studio is very spacious with fitted kitchen, en-suite bathroom and a separate wooden platform area used as a dressing room, closet and storage area. The kitchen comes with an imperial range stove.

2 bedroom Suite
On the ground floor access also to the rear through double tinted glass sliding doors is a 2- bedroom suite and a shared bathroom available for larger groups. Also to the rear accessed from the back yard are a staff bedroom & en-suite bathroom, staff kitchen, toilet and backup generator room.
Our cook, Miss Monica, is available to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and any packed lunches if required. With 20 years of experience cooking in some of Jamaica's finest luxury villas, Miss Monica has knowledge of an array of appetising traditional recipes, along with many other international dishes.
Guests can arrange with us to have Miss Monica prepare a meal in time for their arrival. A guest account is also available at the local super-market; food supplies can be delivered prior to arrival.

Housekeeper is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Full time gardener/pool maintenance man and cook available when the villa is booked.

Building 2:- To the rear is a staff en-suite bedroom (also refurbished to a high standard) with a staff kitchen.


The property sits on 1 acre with mango, sweet sap, banana and plantain, avacado, and a vegetable garden. The property is accessed through big ornate electrically controlled iron gates where there is enough parking for up to ten cars. There is also a little gate leading from the front garden onto the 7th hole and 8th fairway of the golf course, and from there it is only a five minute walk down to the sea.

There is a restuarant and bar within five minutes walk overlooking the ocean. Other restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. Guests also come to learn diving in the pool (the pool is the largest in the area) and the diving school is in Runaway Bay. Other water sports available.

Local attractions less than 30 minutes drive away include dolphin cove, Dunn's River, Mystic Mountain, Green Grotto Caves. Montego Bay airport less than one hour away.
