Los Dos Hermanos Hunting Lodge

Los Dos Hermanos is a specifically designed and built Hunting Lodge located in one of the most prestigeous Duck / Dove hunting areas in Argentina.

The Lodge was originally built in the year 2000, where the Accommodation only accounted for three Bedrooms initially.

During 2008, we more than doubled the size of the main building and created the present day design for the Hunters and guests.

The Lodge can accommodate as many as 14 Hunters comfortably where we have excellent sleeping and bathing facilities as well as two Dining areas.

There are 6 main Twin bedrooms with a further large Private Bedroom with beautiful decor and Jacuzzi etc.

The kitchen is large and spacious with a Dining area that is more informal

There is a further main Dining area adjacent to the kitchen that has an African theme for its ambience.

The Lounge is large and spacious and has an excellent ambient atmosphere for the Hunters or guests, the facilities include items such as wireless internet and cable TV.

There is a stand alone very nice 2 Bedroom House for the Farm Manager / Hunt Organizer, the house has a warehouse facility attached for storing farm machinery and tools etc, the house is located a few hundred meters away from the main building

The Lodge has a beautiful Swimming Pool adjacent to the main building

The Salon de Parilla is designed to be an extra Dining Room should there be additional guest or friends. The salon de Parilla can also be used as a separate "Commercial Restaurant" as it has 24 covers and is very beautiful, this could be a very good commercial and viable commodity.

The Duck / Dove Hunting locations are very close to the Lodge where the Hunters can be taken to the river with our 4 x 4 vehicles and a 20 minute boat trip to the Hunting grounds, the river boat is not necessary for the Dove Hunting as these areas are closer to the Lodge.

The Lodge sale includes 2 new Nissan 4 x 4 vehicles as well as a new 16 foot river launch.

The Lodge also has 24 rifles with names such as Benelli and Beretta.

The Lodge is fully functional and licensed for Hunting, we are fully certified and covered for all permits in accordance with local and federal requirements.

The Lodge is located approximately 11 klms from the Capital City of Entre Rios....rana.

The Lodge is surrounded by trees and is set in 150 acres of excellent agricultural land, the land alone has a great worth.

The Swimming pool is in use during the seasonal months only.

The Lodge has wireless internet and cable TV.
