Mahangate Beach Lodge, Lda is offering two options to the investor: ownership of a full lodge (ZAR 4 550 000.00 to ZAR 4 850 000.00)for a fully furnished and equipped lodge; or a Fractional/Shared Ownership of 10% (ZAR 435 000.00) which will give the shared owner 5 weeks of the entire lodge every year with their own public deed. The lodges are managed and maintained by the Home Owners Association and an on site Management Team.
