One of north America's finest fly-in lodges, Diana Lake Lodge is located on a 65 mile lake and river system where abundant arctic char, salmon, brook trout and lake trout fishing can be found. Caribou, bear and musk-ox hunting are available along with excellent upland bird hunting for willow and rock ptarmigan. The area is unspoiled with pristine waters and unspoiled land and is one of the last remaining frontiers. Other activities would include ecotourism, rafting, hiking, and photography. This lodge provides wonderful family and corporate getaway opportunities. The lodge can accomodate up to 25 guests.

The lodge at Diana Lake sits high on a treeless knoll and offers majestic views including the northern lights. Along with fresh native fish, the land is full of edible blueberries, cranberries, cloud berries and mushrooms for the gourmet Also available with this lodge are up to 12 outpost locations if needed within a two hundred mile radius of the main lodge. We presently are using 3 outpost locations.

As remote as this area is, it is very accessible with a direct flight from Montreal to Kuujjuaq, Nunavik, Canada and a short air carrier flight to the lodge.

Our permit is grandfathered, new permits are no longer available which makes this property a once in a life time opportunity.

After building this lodge for the past 18 years, the owner would like to retire, the reason for this sale.
