This is a stunning apartment in the historic center of Santiago de Queretaro (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Queretaro is a safe, modern city with an excellent infrastructure, great schools, many cultural events and the best business opportunities in Mexico. The people are very friendly and welcoming.

Queretaro is within easy driving distance of San Miguel de Allende (45 minutes) and Mexico City (2 and a half hours) and centrally located in the country.

The historic center has restaurants, bars, museums and beautiful "plazas" within walking distance of the house.

The house has been recently remodeled to a high standard and split into two separate apartments. It has a lovely patio for relaxing, a more than fully equipped kitchen (with pans by Le Creuset and knives by Le Sabatier if you like cooking), the beds are ready to sleep in, there are towels, cable tv, DVD, internet etc. In short, the house is ready to live in, only the fridge needs to be filled! And no worries about the sometimes hasslesome utilities: everything is included in the rent.
