ABOUT AREIA
Areia is a luxurious beach front resort on Mexico's exclusive Diamante Beach. Areia was conceived by an award winning team and it combines the beauty of a pristine beach with the magnificence of avant-garde minimalist type architecture.

Areia was finished February 2009 and is now ready for occupancy. The resort has 56 exclusive units of which only 21 remain available.
Units range in size from 180 to 323 square meters (about 2000 to 3500 square feet). All units have glass sliding doors that open to a terrace overlooking the ocean. There are diverse floor plans to choose from, characterized by open spaces, comfort and functionality (as a minimum, the smaller units start with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms).
The units come equipped with a state of the art kitchen, luxury bathrooms, and finished closets. Each unit, in turn, has two elevators available servicing only two units and a two indoor parking spaces per unit.
