The guesthouse is situated on the northern side of the idyllic peninsula “Armaçao dos Búzios”, 170 km from Rio de Janeiro.

It’s just a few steps from one of most beautiful and popular beaches of Búzios: “Praia da Tartaruga” in the midst of incomparable subtropical nature, called “Mata Atlántica” (in front of the guesthouse is situated a nature reserve, this means that the overlook on green nature will be preserved for ever).

The construction of the guesthouse finished in the year 2004; the realization of the whole project has been executed from the beginning
according to the conception and to the qualitative demands of the owners. The guesthouse consists of four buildings in búzian-colonial style surrounded by a very big, tenderly laid out garden with an arabic pool forming a harmonious complex (see plans arquitect).

a)Constructed surface: 480 m2 – the guesthouse consists of 4 buildings (year of construction: 2004):
• reception, breakfast-room and kitchen on the ground floor; apartment on the first floor
• laundry-room and toilet for staff
• mainhouse with 8 rooms on the ground floor – all with view to the garden, pool and nature; 4 lounges on the first floor – all with terraces and view to the garden, pool, nature and the sea. There are double rooms with double beds or two single beds, and triple rooms with a double bed and one single bed (all with air condition or fan).
• little house with a big living-/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom for the care-taker, for example.
b)Pool of arabic style in the tropical garden, aprox. 8m x 5m, 1,70m deep.

c)Besides the parking places situated in front of the reception towards the street, there is a big car park inside the guesthouse-property and moreover there’s a private parking with three places behind the breakfast-room.

d)All employed materials (tropical wood, ceramic-tiles, bathroom equipment, etc.) are of best quality. All furniture is a unique design of the owner, who’s selling his designs in France, England and Spain.
