Apartment In San Sebastian, Spain For Rent in San Sebastian, Guipuzcoa Spain Luxury Two Bedroom Apartment Near The Beach In San Sebastian The apartment is located in Ondarreta neighbourhood, a modern and exclusive area that stands at the west side of the city beyond the Miramar Palace which Queen Maria Cristina used as her summer residence.
It is only three minutes walking distance from the beautiful beach of Ondarreta, located in the Bay of La Concha itself.
The area is peaceful yet only a stroll away from restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, health centres, pubs, etc.
It takes around 20 minutes to get to the city centre walking along the beach walk bordering the Bay or just a short bus ride of approximately five minutes. The bus stop is only a few minutes away from the apartment and there are buses to the city centre every five minutes.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a great supply of cooking utensils, cutlery and all kitchen appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
- There are two bedrooms in this apartment both overlooking a quiet and beautiful park that ensures a peaceful sleep.
- The main bedroom has a big, stylish ensuite bathroom with a big tub and antique furniture that contrasts with the modern Italian designed furniture in the bedroom. It has a double bed and a desk and an ample fitted wardrobe for your belongings.
- The second bedroom also has a big fitted wardrobe and two single beds.
In total, using the two single convert-sofa beds, the apartment takes up to 6 people.
