The apartment is located in the very centre of San Sebastian, only one block away from the world famous La Concha Beach, the best beach on the entire Bay of Biscay. It has the shape of a shell (“Concha” in Spanish) and faces Santa Clara Island where you can go in the summer to spend a relaxing day by the sea. There are two beaches in La Concha Bay: Ondarreta and La Concha, both linked by a beautiful walk.

The property is on the fifth floor of a stunning San Sebastian stone building and within walking distance to all points of interest in the city: the old part with its famous “pintxos” bars, the port, the beach, the shopping area full of exclusive boutiques, the aquarium, the Kursaal (Congress Palace), El Buen Pastor Cathedral… as well as countless restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc.

The apartment is really modern and luxurious and was totally refurbished in 2008. There are beautiful paintings made by local well known artists in all rooms that make the apartment warm and cozy.

The apartment is composed of:

- The main bedroom has a double bed, a fitted wardrobe for your belongings and a comfortable sitting room area with a TV, a table and two chairs. It has direct access to the big terrace from which you can see the beach.

- A second bedroom has a double bed and lots of wardrobe space.

- A third bedroom has two single beds, a big wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

- The kitchen is very well equipped with a great supply of cooking utensils and cutlery.

The property has all sorts of appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

- There are two fully equipped designer bathrooms stylish and modern with ample showers.

- There is a spacious open living room – dining room area cozy and bright with direct access to the terrace from which you can see the beach.

The living room has a big, comfortable and elegant sofa that becomes a double bed if needed that faces a flat screen TV, a DVD and a Hi-Fi system. There is a bookshelf with books and brochures of San Sebastian and the Basque Country.

The dining room area has a table and chairs for six people.

All the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen is pine floored.

Fresh linen and two sets of towels per person are provided free of charge.

The property also has wi-fi and a telephone with free local and national calls.

Children under 4 years of age are not allowed. Pets are welcome.

- Rental price:€200 for 4, €225 for 5, €250 for 6, €275 for 7, €300 for 8 people per night.
- Seasonal price adjustments: +25.00% from 15 June 2010 to 26 Sep 2010.
- Cleaning fee: €50 (Compulsory).
- Minimum stay: 3 nights.
- Maximum capacity: 8 people.
- Refundable deposit: €300 (to be refunded upon departure and return of the apartment in good condition).
