The guesthouse has been busy since we started renting it and we can document the income it has earned. We will give you our client list, the vacation rental websites, and our personal website for the guesthouse itself. There are paid bookings through Jan. 2 ,2010. When you travel or leave for the hot summers, a caretaker can live in the guesthouse.
