Plots 1133 and 1257 (1.800 sqm and 1.400 sqm) are at the end of a very well maintained and closed residental area in Galu Kinondo – Diani Beach about 800 m from the Indian Ocean.

The owners of the settlement are all Europeans. The plots have a 2,20 m high wall to the bushside and all around the plot is a 2,70 m high bougainevillea hedge. The whole plot is surrounded by strong mashwire, fixed in the ground with cement, so that no dog can get out or come in.

Furthermore all windows and ventilation grids are equipped with removable mosquitonet frames - for easy cleaning.

On plot 1133 is a beautiful dog house, the carport for two cars and the store for washing machine, dryer, freezer, gras cutting machine and garden tools, the sauna and the staff toilet with shower. The carport is secured with a tripple wing gate.

The garden grounds are illuminated and hydrants and fire hoses with nozzle guaranty further security. All makuti roofs are equipped with a sprinkler system with pressure pump. The carport and the garden paths are made of galana plates.

The park settle-ment is managed by a park member on honorary basis and the annual park fees for the maintanace, energy, 24 hours Askari at both park gates, kitchen waste collection once a week and the salary of the pool boy are KSH 44,000.00 per member. We pay only KSH 28,000.00 because of our own watersupply.
