Virtually the only way to get to the beach is over a long bridge path through the mangroves which is private property of the beach owners. Of course you could get there by boat but there is no reason for anyone to do this. Only 5 other owners use this beach. 1 place is vacant and for sale (the one you see listed for 349k but it is NOT beachfront as there is a lot in front of it for sale) and 2 others are not developed (mine included).
