Villa Portakal( Orange)& studio apartment was born from our dreams to have a vacation home in such a unique location of Turkish Meditteranean Coast.

Our villa is located in Kas, Cukurbag Peninsula, which is natural and historical reserve area, where the building is strictly limited, only the villas are allowed. The landscape of the Peninsula is ever-green and hilly. The spectecular rocks run into sea, nest many kinds of Mediterrenean vegetation, flowers, shrubs,blooming all the year long.

Villa Portakal offers you many facilities of a vacation home, such as private pool,aircondition and floor heating ( for winter-time stays), furniture to a high standard. We have three double bedrooms upstairs+1 big bedroom of studio apartment of 65 sqmeter(with separate entry from the garden under pool-terrace)One bathroom with tube on the upper floor, one bathroom on the ground floor and one bathroom in studio apartment.( To rent studio apartment is optional)
Two balconies upstairs, the pool terrace and adjacent front terracce are accessed from open planned kitchen,living-dining room with sliding doors.

The flat screen LCD satellite TV, feature fire place & Dining table for 8 persons or more, and full furniture in living-dining room.

The open-planned kitchen with Granite worktop, large fridge freezer, 4 ring gas hob, electric turbo fan oven, dishwasher, glass hood extractor, electric kettle with Turkish teapot, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee-maker, crockery and cutlery for twelve persons.

The whole villa( including bathroom walls and terraces) is floored with high quality beige travertine.

Private swimming pool with a small island of a palm tree and underwater seat accessable from the living&dining room and kitchen, outdoor shower nearby and night lighting.

Garden is fully landscaped with many mediterranean trees and flowers blooming throughout the year.

Sea swimming: Walking distance to typical sea-swimming platforms, a few minutes drive to the beaches at the neck of the Peninsula or to famous jewellery-like pebble beaches of Kas. Limanagzi historical beach,facing Kas is reached by typical small boats sailing at every five minutes. Only 20 km to the world famous Kaputas turquoise beach. The world-famous Patara Beach with the silky-fine sand of 18 km long, (the longest of Turkey) under protection as first-degree historical and natural site is only 36 km away.
Kekova, the sunken Lycian city and numerous bays is accessed by daily boat tours or 15 minutes drive,provides various opportunites for swimming, all with the stunning historical views around and underwater.
