***Rental fee includes the following for our guests:

- Tour Guide from the airport to the house location the day of your arrival to prevent any problems or getting lost on the road.
- Housekeeper that would come and do the cleaning of the house Monday thru Saturday and would be to your disposal for 2 hrs without any additional charge.
- Maintenance/handyman at your disposal 24/7 in the event of any mechanical failure on your vehicule or any other difficulty during your stay in El Salvador.

Also available excellent Weekly, bi weekly and montly rates as well, Nanny services, Personal cook, Car rental rates at only $40 per day (Sedan 4 door, power window, etc)Tour Guide and drivern per request inside the country available if requested for an additional fee of $60 per day.

Per day $100.00 per day up to 4 people (depending on the season)
Per week $490.00 up to 4 people
Per 2 weeks $600.00 up to 4 people
Per Month $850.00 up to 4 people
Extra $10.00 per addional guest inside the house.

Conditions:

- A $100.00 dollar security deposit would be required in advance thru paypal to hold the property and will be returned to the guest when leaving premises and all interiors and objects are in place and in good conditions.
- Remaining of the rental fee would be due at the time of arrival to the propery after turning the keys to the guest.
