Each membership includes a share in all the communal land, buildings and facilities as well as your own quarter-acre POP (Piece of Paradise) on which to build your dream beach house (about €50,000) There are 28 shares in total, only eight left! And we would like to complete our membership now so we can get the building all done and dusted.

Our gorgeous clubhouse is finished, along with five other houses, our spring water is piped and flowing, we have wireless and cable and a million mangos, coconuts and bananas to share.
