Main House:

This Spanish Colonial luxury villa is located on the North Ridge of Playa Flamingo. It is one of the few truly oceanfront homes on the ridge, with it’s own trail and steps down to the very end of our beautiful white sand beach. The house and casita together total approximately 8,500 square feet of solid concrete construction, with use of granite, travertine marble and laurel wood (native Oak) throughout. The main house consists of four levels from a downstairs apartment up to a theatre on the top level. The house and casita include a total of eight bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, three kitchens, a guard’s room and double car garage, with parking for eight cars.

The Main Level of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ADA compliant,) powder room off entryway, laundry room and pantry. Its focal point is an expansive oceanfront view of the Pacific and the infinity pool. This level is perfect for the use of one confined to a one-floor home. There is a ramp from this level up to the main entryway and parking area. There is a Guard House (bedroom) in front with a golf cart carport complete with electric charging station.

The Kitchen houses a huge granite island with a second food-prep sink and storage, dishwasher, hot water machine, stainless steel built in refrigerator, Viking gas stove and grill, and double multi function ovens (convection, regular, etc.). Off the dining area, there are built-in oak china cabinets. The pantry houses a second refrigerator and a vertical freezer. There is a

The huge 30' long Master Bedroom Suite is on a separate upper level, with an oceanfront balcony the entire length of the bedroom, overlooking the pool. Included is a walk-in closet and large master bath with a Jacuzzi tub, bidet and separate shower. Kohler products are used extensively throughout the house.

On a separate level, there is an eight-seat Theatre with an ocean view picture window, and four person black granite bar. A bar kitchenette is behind the main viewing bar.

In all of the above levels the air conditioning is by four multi-zoned central units (guest, guest, kitchen, theatre).

The Lower Level consists of a two bedroom-one bath apartment with a living room, kitchen, and office. It has it’s own private entrance off the garden, and an oceanfront balcony. Mini-split air conditioners are used on this level.

The Garden houses a 15-person bar and rancho with sink and electricity. It is overlooking the ocean. There is a bathroom and bodega on this level off the balcony/porch.

The Casita consists of an oceanfront porch, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Granite and marble are used throughout. Separate from this area is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private entrance. At present, this is used for our live-in maid.
