To the left a spiral staircase winds up to the roof top patio. The ensiute bathroom has 2 sinks, a large jacuzzi tub and a skylight.
There is a covered wrap around veranda on the front of the house and a service patio with water pump, gas tank and clothes lines in back. The lot is fully landscaped with 11 producing peach trees, 3 lemon trees, 2 patios and 2 fountains.

Master Suite
This large bedroom, brightened by the wide french doors to the terrace has a lovely tiled fireplace and a custom made "ropero". The deep red tiled ensuite,with jacuzzi, has two natural marble sinks and floor.

Dragon Fly Suite
Named for the dragonfly motif in the ensuite bathroom this bedroom is a warm peach color given a rustic feel by the custom hand made furniture from the town of Pichataro.

The Library
French doors open onto the parklike back yard and the scent of flowers and peaches fill the room. This is a wonderful spot for a den but has ample space for a third bedroom.

Living Room
Mexico is color and this richly painted red room boasts a beautiful fireplace and colorful Mexican art from several states.

Kitchen
Big windows open over the magnificent copper sink and as the sun shines on the warm yellow Dolores Hidalgo tiles and mural the look is rustic, but the appliances are all state of the art stainless steel.

Dining Room
Surrounded by windows and capped with a huge skylight, this spacious eating area is always bright and cheery. Add the bar and the great view and you'll never need to go out to a restaurant.

The Green Room
The guest bathroom may be small but it is alive with color, in varying shades of green.


Backyard
The 4 beautiful garden areas attract many varieties of birds and butterflies and the music of water from the 2 fountains mixes with bird song in this very private oasis.

This covered "portico" runs around the side and part of the front of the house and is a great place to enjoy the late afternoon sun. Peach trees in the front yard provide total privacy.
