The three storey sea view villa is located in Prainha on a white sand hill overlooking the ocean with the beach at only 600 metre away
The hill are the hightest land in Prahina, the best sea view land you can find in Fortaleza, but not only in Fortaleza as I sed before !

Prainha isn't only a small fishermen village it is also a turistic center with same hotels
and a lot of " baraccas " with restaurants on the beach, there is a footbal field, even a discoteque !
There are some little supermarket to by food to cook .
The house is well equipped for cooking, there are two new eletrik cooking stove with oven, two new big, a large table suitable for eating together with a lot of friends, pots and pans a trolley to unload from the car to the cest inside the house ..c )
Prainha is about 25 km from Fortaleza
Fortaleza mean ( thenk it, that alway blow, you'll never soffer the already nice teperature from 26 to 31 degree )

The house has a p o ol 6 by 12 with shelter ,
waterfall, alluminium and wood deck - chair ,machine for body - building, ladder to go in and out, and a lot of sea view .

There is a caretaker house on the other sand hill ( 80 metre away from the main house), with its wanderfull sea view ybe is better demolish it and build a second house for guest o for rent, because the sea view deserve a beautiful new house .
For the caretaker there is another careteker house behind ,
As the land is very uge around 15000 mqs with planty of sea view is possible built many bungalows or house and than rent or sell " or to give as a present if you don't care about many ! "

At one side of the house there is a ga ra ge, at the other very nice wooden dog' house " too small for renting to turists ,but the right size for your ! "

All the villa ' rooms have panoramic window ,
they are very big : around 70-100 sqm ,
on the other hand all things in Brasil are extensive .

The garden surronding the about 600 sqm house has natural and imported trees :coconut palm, ficus, palm
and some other natural trees, white sand, and about 250 metre of private road
made of stones .
Any car can come round apart some car like for example a Porshe gt2 that is too much short for the brasilian road, the best would be the Troller 4x4, number one for the Brasil beach,


The house has three bathroom (two of them very large ), one for floor, all of them with and shover of course !
Outside the house there is a sea view porch with a table, a machine for body - building and an hanging nice wooden chear

1) The first floor has two bedroom (one of them with a nice bed ), a large bath room and a large kitchen with big table and its marble furnishing, beside the stair there is the

2) The second floor has :
- a large sitting-room, better call it a play room 12 by 9 sqm with nice sofa and armchair, with pong table tennis and some other for boxing and for throwing .
- a large bedroom with 3 bad separed by bl ue and wh ite,
- a huge bathroom of course

3) The third floor 360 °panoramic sea view with a large terrace, is the stallion ' suit
you can go there by a stair case covered by a glass as it was a window .
It has bathroom, sitting room, kit chenand a big nice horse' bed (2 by 2 metre )with big mir ror.
plus a small office, all in one room ( apart the separate bathroom )
In front outside as I sed there is 100 sqm of open terrace accessible by a sliding glass door
The room is protect by a nice curtain, and it's airy because there is a spacing between the wall and the separate roof covered by p v c the fan is even useless !
but recently I get it completely close because there was too much airy !
The fird floor is suitable for a special people, not only for honeymoon but for artists as a musician a painter or a photographer ecc, because there -on top of the wold - you can get a lot of ispiration, if you aren' t an artist you 'll become !


Each bed have soft, new mattresses and fan ,even though as I already said there isn't need of it.,apart of what there is under !

For sleeping there are :
three double big bed of 2 by 2 metre right for 6 persons
one double large of 1,75 by 2,10 metre for 2 persons
one singol of 1,45 by 1,90 metre right for 1 persons
As you can see each people can get the maximum confort from the new large beds
You will have very good relaxing night !
