Located in Uvita in the beautiful Southern Pacific region of Costa Rica where it stays lush and green all year round ..unlike the Northern region where it tends to get dry and brown during the summer season. Uvita is one of the fastest growning towns in Costa Rica with commercial centers springing up everywhere you look!

This property has plenty of forest on it with 2 building sites ..ybe 3. As you can see from the photo's, it has a breath-taking view of all the islands, mountains, whitewater, sand/waves with plenty of wildlife! It sits 1800ft above see level with a nice breeze and you can actually hear the surf breaking.

There is a huge 50,000 liter water tank about 100 meters away, but no electricity ..t. It is located in the second phase of a planned development, Brisas Del Mar, and the developers plan to bring over the electricity (about 200 meters away) when they open up phase 2. It is very peiceful with absolutely NO neighbors within about a kilometer and a huge waterfall a couple hundred meters away. The road is very good and about a 10 minute drive to the beach.

This property was listed for 300k and recently dropped to 149k ...a steal! Last year, in a better market, similar properties (comps) in the area have sold for well over 300k for only 1 Hectare (2.4 Acres). But, dont take my word for it, contact some local Realtors and check it out for yourself! It is an excellent property for a buy & hold until the economy comes back around ...and, when the electricity is connected this property will be worth well over 500k. If you are looking to build now, I recommend going solar and hook up to the grid for back-up when the electricity is installed.
