The "Tipsy Gecko" Home is a beautiful all concrete construction custom home with first class finished out in Belize's fastest growing tourism area. We are looking for up to 5 additional owners to purchase 1/10 shares (price per share $125,000) in the home to enjoy and use the home on a relaxed friendly basis while making a good return on their initial investment. Usage is governed by a very well drafted usage agreement that assigns weeks of usage on a rotating annual basis. While the agreement is very good, to date it has not been used by the current owners as they simply have worked out amongst themselves any conflicts in usage. Obviously, with more owners the need to stick more closely to the assigned weeks will likely arise, but the goal is to provide flexibility among the owners. What we do not want is a timeshare sort of system with high management fees and expenses. The government is currently spending 20 million dollars to pave the road that runs the length of the 20+ mile peninsula. This project is about 1/2 done with the road complete from the airstrip to the property. The completion of paving the road will forever change the entire peninsula and certainly fuel a continued appreciation in property values and tourism in Placencia.
