Usage is governed by a very well drafted usage agreement that assigns weeks of usage on a rotating annual basis. While the agreement is very good, to date it has not been used by the current owners as they simply have worked out amongst themselves any conflicts in usage. Obviously, with more owners the need to stick more closely to the assigned weeks will likely arise, but the goal is to provide flexibility among the owners. What we do not want is a timeshare sort of system with high management fees and expenses.
