Enjoy cool trade winds and spectacular ocean views, peace and quiet. Walk out your front door to fly fishing, reef fishing for popping casting or jigging. Spend a day game fishing for Tuna or Marlin. The area holds many world fishing records. Or just swim at one of the many beaches. World class sea kayaking and sailing to one of the hundreds islands with white sand beaches and palm trees. Scuba dive on pristine reefs or swim with the humpback whales. Surrounded by natural beauty, we have fresh fruits in the garden and fresh fish in the sea yet we are only 3km from town, 15 minutes from the airport. Here you live in the Discovery Channel. We have kayaks mountain bikes and wind surfers for the guests to rent.


We have 6 fully furnished guest rooms, 3 large bathrooms with separate toilet. Furnished guest lounge and dinning area and a guest kitchen. The business has a restaurant and bar license for more revenue if you wish. The business is fully lisenced for island tours and game fishing, again another revenue stream. There is also a separate owners apartment with en-suite and storage.

The property is on a 40 year tenancy. The monthly fee is $1250 TOP, one room rents for $170 TOP so one room rented for 8 nights more than covers the tenancy payment. The only other cost is electricity $150 TOP per month. Staff cost around $3 TOP per hour if you want them.

You could also operate with 4 guest rooms on the ground floor and have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom private residence upstairs if you wish.
