The Ranch house has five bedrooms, large family room, three bathrooms, single garage, telephone, electricity and kitchen area with a porch. The entrance to the ranch is four miles from the main highway.

It has two 20,000 gallon water holding tanks which supplies water to the Ranch house and 15 cattle drinking tanks. The water being supplied to the Ranch house is from a domestic well. The property has a 300 ft deep well and the pump runs by a diesel caterpillar motor. There is a cattle corral in the front of the ranch and another one at the south end of the ranch.
