There is a separate building housing the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, complete with a flat screen TV, DVD player and satellite TV system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern necessities and can be stocked from the nearby Tesco Supermarket. The excellent living spaces are large and well designed, furnished to an exceptionally high standard.

A large Sala provides shade by the pool with enough space for 2 sunbeds and a dining set for an al fresco lunch or sunset drinks.

Bedrooms include a safe, fitted wardrobes and flat screen TVs with DVD players for those lazy Sunday mornings. Wireless broadband internet is available throughout the villa. There is a washing machine and iron for those staying long term.

Just a 10 minute drive from the brand new airport terminal owned by Bangkok Airways, and a 50 minute flight from Bangkok in their brand new Airbus A320s.

The villa is on a peaceful area of the north coast of Koh Samui yet within 5 minutes walking distance of the villa are all the modern necessities such as ATM machines, beach-front restaurants, breakfast cafes, convenience stores and laundries.

A highlight of the area is the quaint and beautiful ‘Fisherman’s Village’ which is full of beach-front restaurants, bars & cafes, plus craft shops and art galleries. Also located close by is the Santiburi Country Club which has stunning views of the ocean and is getting a name as one of the top golf courses in Thailand. Numerous other golf courses are available on the island.

We have a Management Agency which takes care of everything, airport transfers, showing guests around the villa and they are on call to provide tours, transport, activities or to troubleshoot any problems guests may encounter. They can even arrange for a local Thai chef to come and prepare an authentic meal for guests in the comfort of the villa!
