One building is the living-room, dining area and tiled kitchen, a pantry, and a bedroom/bathroom which opens onto a butterfly habitat; the other is two stories, the lower work/room bedroom combined, the upper story is the master bedroom, bathroom and porch which faces South to the dormant volcano Agua, and West to the setting sun.

Other amenities include washer and dryer, 24/7 internet availability.
Use of ‘97 Toyota Rav 4 is negotiable.

I would like to rent for at least a year, as of March, April 2010 Rent includes the services of a gardener/handyman who has worked on the property for 8 years.
