The kitchen is separated by a waist high stone wall, & has marble worktops. It is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher,fridge/freezer microwave toaster & kettle. A utility room houses the boiler, & washing machine with an iron, board & clothes airer.

The pool is reached by marble steps with wrought iron rails and there is a water feature with a wrought iron bridge here. The grounds are enclosed by a stone wall with a high wrought iron locked gate & the drive down to the villa has parking for several cars. A car is neccessary for this villa but can easily be hired from either Dalaman or Antalya airport.
