PHASE I DETAILS
We have five fully-furnished, move-in ready condo units in Phase I of our Agua de Lechuga complex with three available 550 sq ft. studios, one 880 sq ft. loft and one 1000 sq ft. two bedroom condo.

All Phase I units come fully furnished and include:
* Fridge, stove and granite counters
* Hot-water heater and ductless air-conditioning
* Queen-size beds with pillow top mattresses and bedding
* Microwaves, blenders and full utensils in the kitchen

PHASE II DETAILS
Construction is scheduled for completion in November 2011 and ocean-view condos are still available for purchase. Condo sizes are split between 550 sq ft. one-bedroom units and 1100 sq ft. two-bedroom units.

Two available one-bedroom units can also be easily converted into one two-bedroom if desired.

Both one and two bedroom Phase II condos include:
