This upstairs cuarters has a complete ensuite bathroom and a terrace with views of both the rolling desert and the sea.

All bedrooms are fitted with spacious built-in wardrobes and have all bedlinen provided.

The property has been developed to include two maid's cuarters behind the house, connected by a shared bathroom.

The house is part of a small residential estate 'Las Terrazas' which is equipped with 24 hour security. The estate has a delightful, shared recreational area housing a large in-ground pool, tennis courts, multi-sport surface, children's playground, entertainment room and a small kiosk.

This well appointed house is located at just a 5 minute walk from one of Chile's most stunning beaches. Bahia Inglesa is a picturesque beach located in Chile's 3rd region with the stark dunes of the Atacama Desert forming the backdrop for it's crystal clear waters and white sands.

The village of Bahia Inglesa offers the necessities for day to day living, with its small corner store and small beach kiosks. There are also various restaurants lining the beachfront supplying excellent options for a relaxing meal or an evening drink.

Supermarkets stocking a wider range of grocery items can be found in Caldera (a small city located a 5 minutes from Bahia Inglesa) or in Copiapo (the regional capital located about 1 hour from Bahia Inglesa). Both of these neighbouring cities are interesting cultural and historical centres based on their importance to the early development of the mining industry in the north of Chile.

The Atacama Desert Airport (Aeropuerto Desierto de Atacama)is located 15 minutes from the house and pick up service can be arranged.

Bahia Inglesa is best known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beach and impecable climate. In addition to this, there are a number of recreational activities easily accessible within the village including: kayaking, kite surfing, diving and snorkling.

Bahia Inglesa is located within short drive of countless beautiful, pristine beaches including La Playa Virgen, Las Machas, Puerto Viejo and Bahia Cisne. It is also a comfortable day trip to visit the Parque Nacional Pan de Azúcar.

The close proximity of the Atacama Desert also provides plentiful attractions. Bahia Inglesa is a prime location to see stages of the Dakar Rally, which has extended to include this amazing region. There are also various tours available to visit this dramatic location.
