There is a large family bath on the 1st floor (with washing machine) and a ground floor bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All bedrooms have programmable air conditioning. All bathrooms are full wet rooms.

The villa has a well equipped, bistro style kitchen including large fridge freezer, cooker with oven and hob, toaster, kettle and small wares. The kitchen's outstanding feature boasts a large balcony for those lovely summer morning breakfasts.

The tastefully decorated large living and dining area opens up to yet another downstairs balcony. Satellite television and DVD player is included (satellite service is purchased on an annual basis).
