La Palapa Condos & Casitas - Rental Business, Sea of Cortez

This is a family owned and family run business. We started in 1990 with one condo, added two more condos in 1993 and built the main house between 1997 & 2000. The 6 Casitas were added in 2004.
The three condos have two bedrooms, each with one queen size bed. The bedrooms are downstairs and the living room and kitchen is upstairs. The living room has a sofa bed so that you can sleep three couples in each condo.
The main house was my dream house, it has a 2000 sq/ft garage complete with a pit. I also installed the switching for solar power but have not yet installed that system.
The studio units are unique and four of them have queen size beds and two have king size beds.
The trailer with the add on room is spacious and would make another great rental. It was the home of my daughter and son-in-law and they are now living in Arizona.
We also have a laundry room with an attached office and outside bar area complete with a 10' X 16' Palapa.
We have always run it as a vacation rental but it would make a great Bed and Breakfast.
