Our Beautiful piece of paradise is up for sale as of September 2009 due to family illness in Australia.

This is not just a house but a possible income return in one of Tuscany's best kept secret areas. Situated just 12km from CORTONA, a thriving artistic town founded by the Etruscans and home to the Tuscan Sun Festival and various Italian and International artists and musicians.

Our home of roughly 500sqmt has recently and lovingly been restored and consists of 4 apartments within one big old farm building. Ceilings are in terracotta and chestnut and terracotta flooring has been used throughout, all the windows and doors are new and feature double glazing.

The CEDRO apartment (our home) has two independant entrances and consists of 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, big kitchen area with newly installed woodburning oven and hot water heating system and adjoining lounge room as well as a laundry/storage area.
