The famous Coyuca Lagoon is in your backyard and provides a great place for all kinds of water sports. This fresh water lagoon is a haven for water skiers and wake boarders. Ski boats can be arranged on a hourly, daily or weekly can get to Coastara in 30 minutes and have all the night life and restaurants that Acapulco is famous for. We have several excellent local restaurants just 5 minutes away. The new road from Acapulco is making the stretch of beach more popular every day.

Our home is located along a quiet stretch of beautiful beach on the Pacific Ocean. Early morning sightings of dolphins, whales and skates are not uncommon and the sunsets are magnificent. Our property tax's of $65 per year provide us with trash pick-up twice a week and police and emergency service.

The Villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms; three on the second floor and two on the first floor each with either a queen, double or twin beds, and private bath. Verandas on both floors provide a seating area for each bedroom. There is a powder room on the first floor off the kitchen.
Just a few steps from the main house is the gazebo. The back half is an air-conditioned TV/game/lounge room; the front half is a covered veranda adjacent to the pool area with Barb’s Beach Bar and a small refrigerator. Our pool will provide lounging and the opportunity to cool off in the heat of the day, all overlooking the beach and ocean just a few feet away.
