RATES:
1-2 persons $125 a day/ $875 a week
3-4 persons $135 a day/ $945 a week
4-9 persons $145 a day/ $1000 a week
NOTE: WILL RENT BY THE DAY WITH 3 NIGHT MINIMUM. Check out time noon.
For Semanta Santa (Easter Week), Agostiva Week (August), Xmas & New Years. Please add $300 to weekly fee. Monthly rentals available, email for price.
Reservation Details: A deposit is required at time of reservation. Please email me for more infomation concerning deposit.
Cancellations: A full refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival. Between 30 & 44 days prior to arrival, 1/2 will be refunded. If cancellations are within 29 days of arrival, no refund will be made.
NOTE: Since this site does not have a calendar I have listed the
dates that are already reserved. I update Monday thru Friday
