This is a beautiful waterfront LOT that is covered in bearing Plantains Trees, bearing Bananas Trees, bearing Coconut Palms, Sable Palms, 4 Orange Trees, bearing Local Plums Trees, 1 Bread Fruit Tree, several Tamarind Trees have been planted this fruit is used to make a very tasty and refreshing drink, also there is a bearing Sour Sop tree which the fruit is used to make a refreshing drink.

Electricity is not available presently, but it could be at any time and I do not believe the ground water would be acceptable for drinking water, therefore; Solar, wind Mill and/or Generator Power would be required, also a Cistern would be required, with approximately 4,000 gallon capacity would be my recommendation. This is a quickly developing area, located across the bay from Orchid Bay development.
