This is a wonderful vacation house . We use it for a rental and also to live in 6 months out of the year . The house has about 1500 square feet. All the floors are mexican tile. It also has a sunken bath tub. There is a full bath off the master. This is a very quite area, that is just 1 mile from town where you can buy anything that you want . The houses faces the east so you get the morning sunrise. You can walk to the beach and also hear the roar of the ocean at night . Wonderful sunsets in the evening . Sit on the front porch and watch the wind in your palm trees, and birds in the mango trees as evening comes. We have reduced the price on this house as we are not able to go down to mexico because of health issues.. is house is 1 hour south of the Mazatlan airport, in a small fishing village. When we want the excitement of the big city life we just go into Mazatlan and spend the day . We also have one other house in the same area behind this house that is really nice too, we will be selling that one for 145,000 . I will try to post the houses on this site . I live in Oregon .
