Ibiza is located in the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Cabrera, Ibiza and Formentera). It is 50 miles southwest of Majorca and has an area of 221 square miles. Ibiza is the third largest of the Balearic Islands, in the Western Mediterranean. The town of Ibiza is the capital. There are fisheries and salt works on the island. Subsistence farming, aided by irrigation, is mostly terraced. A picturesque island with Roman, Phoenician, and Carthaginian remains, Ibiza attracts tourists and artists and has an excellent climate with some 300 days of sun per year, wonderful beaches, and cultural offerings. It is a nature lovers paradise - virgin beaches, countryside, ecological and offers solitude.
This lovely ibizencan finca is locted in a fertile valley between St-joan and Balafia in the quiet north of the island. It is surrounded by a beautiful park of two hectares where you may pick your own oranges, limes, grapefruit, figs, cherrys or peaches. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and take a walk through the mediterrranean flowers, bushes, olivetrees and cacti.

The St-Eulalia golf course is 20 min drive from the house
Closeby you discover small beaches and idyllic coves, typical for the northern part of the island. 10 to 20 min drive away, you also find larger beaches, offering different kinds of watersport as well as a variety of restaurants and bars.
If you enjoy dining out, you find numerouse interesting restaurants nearby (see provided list in the house)
Excursions:
To the famouse hippi market (10-15 min drive)
Visit the romatic villages in the area, known for their excentric shops, galleries, street cafes and bars ( St-Gertrudis, San Joan and San Miguel)
See the capital Eivissa and go shopping in the fashionable boutiques in the old town center.
Then have a wild night out in the famous discos, like the ´Pasha' or the ´Amnesia'

The house has a pizzaoven, two balconies and two large terrasses, provided with comfortable furniture and two dinningtables ( 8 persons per table).
For the colder season, you find on the ground and first floor two elegant furnished livingrooms with two chimneys, a stereo system and a televison (DVD, Cable TV).
The kitchen is fully equiped, with a large fridge, dishwasher and a icecube machine.
The loundry room is in the adjoining building. If required we can organize a cleaning-lady (10 euro per hour).
