House is situated at one of the most atractive summerresorts in Norway,The small islands(skerries) outside the city of Kragerø has been the home for fishermen and poor farmers for centuries,but from 1996 been used as a summerresort for myself and my ough it has been in my families position sinse has got issolation and been renovated to some modern standard,but still "old fashion".
Its unique because you are totally undisturbed from s a rather big area of mountains,forrest,all together 65 ha. Its a nice viuw to the sea,and the seashore is around 300 ivate bridge,and very many outstanding places for ere are no roads,only paths from the house to other parts of the e ony way is by taxi boat or your own boat.(boats and ATV is included in the sale,eventually renting the house.)
At the mainland there is a parking place for both car and boat.
Its a lot of fish in the area,and also possiblities for hunting deers.
Local regulation laws can give permition to replace the old house with i new one at 100 sqm.
