This lovely Villa is titled and is located in the town of Esperanza, where the Boardwalk is. You can walk 1 and a half blocks to get to the oceanfront Boardwalk and enjoy restaurants, bars, gift shops, internet cafe, museum, rentals of kayaks, snorkeling gear and jet skis and more! In fact, you can walk to just about everything you need: grocery stores, bakery, pizza shops, etc.

Come to the beautiful and unique island of Vieques! It is part of Puerto Rico which means that it is part of the United States. The american dollar and coins are used. It is a commonwealth, protected by the United States. Almost everybody speaks both English and Spanish. if you know either one, you are all set!

Our Villa is also fantastic for people who want to walk to several different beaches! Each beach is gorgeous in its own way. Our island is known for a very laid-back style and you won't see any chains or high rises here. They're not allowed! Horses wander and the beaches are usually sparsely populated or you may even be the only ones there! It feels as though you have the beach to yourself, because there is always so much room. And there are more than 20 beaches to discover.

This large property is now operating as a Guesthouse called Coco Loco with our family living downstairs and renting apartments on the second floor. You can also rent one of the bedrooms with a bathroom downstairs as a Studio. Please check our website listed with our Advertisement for more information and lots of photos of the apartments. We have many repeat customers who come every year. We live rent free and are happy to provide our apartment income.

In our Villa, there is a downstairs area with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully air conditioned (for the summer months!) There is a large tile patio seating area in front and a giant back yard with fruit trees: mango, papaya, lemon, coconut, guava, pajuil and quenepo. The downstairs has a living room and dining room and kitchen also.

Upstairs, there are two apartments, completely furnished. Each has a kitchen, living room and large bathroom. One has two bedrooms, the other has one bedroom. There is a huge balcony which wraps around the entire front of the house and most of the side. There is another balcony which runs along the back of the house.

There are stairs to the rooftop where there are tables and chairs and umbrellas. The seating area is protected by fencing. On the rooftop you get a partial view of the ocean. We are very close, but there are many tall trees in our neighborhood!

The charming island is only 4 miles by 21 miles and has about 10,000 very friendly people. The villa is on a quiet and safe street where we know all of our neighbors, and help each other out. It has a Bioluminescent Bay which glows at night when the water is disturbed. People come from all over the world to take a night tour and visit the Biobay in a kayak or boat tour. It is the world's brightest, and one of only a few left. The attraction of the Biobay and the beautiful tranquil beaches lure a steady stream of tourists. You can rent apartments to the tourists and live rent free!
