Joint Venture Proposal for Top Quality Vineyard

Our company is a wel known local commercial and production venture with a small but effective working and administrative team, established in San Rafael, Mendoza and in Buenos Aires with solid real estate and agro ventures activity for the last six years.
We are eagearly seeking a partner or partners that would be interested in becoming part of a new argentinean society we are setting up that will buy (this january / February), manage and operate a 50 acres top quality vineyard in full production activity just minutes away from downtown San Rafael.
We will hold 20% of the shares and are offering the other 80% to one or more new partners.
Ideally, we are looking for someone that besides the funds has marketing skills, the ability to handle some of the commercial activity and a will to grow into other areas, sinc this property should be a sort of stepping stone to other deals.
The amount of capital expected for this 80% is usd 600.000. That money will be used for buying the property and its inventory, setting up the new society, paying for all fees and commissions and having working capital for the start up.
We can set up a 12 month payment schedule.
We are in the market and are grape producers ouselves, selling grapes and / or wine to major wineries but our plan is to grow and focus into a new business plan... that is the reason for looking for a partner.
We are aiming at a foreign investor or investors because we trust we will find a person with knowledge of the international market, or at least with contacts and that will help us develop new agro ventures (exporting from Argentina).
