The original farm house, totally restored and expanded in 2007, was transformed into a comfortable and functional residence. The 550 sq.m. surface consist of nine independent apartments (40 beds). All original features have been maintained and at the same time modern technologies were introduced. The floors are in light coloured terracotta tiles and most of ceilings feature beams. The window and doors are all new with double glazing. Each apartment has its own garden, plasma TV, air conditioning, furniture in Tuscan typical style.
The land belonging to the property measures approx. 3,5 hectares and is composed of plots of olive grove in full production and arable land.

These apartments were rented out with great success in 2008 and 2009 overall the year and it is possible an enlargement for a restaurant or a food court.
