1,300,000 Acres Land Owner Seeking Forestry Project Partner

The owners of this land are seeking a proven forestry partner to complete a investor managed SFC forestry project. The investor is to buy 50% of the land and the seller will put up the other 50% of the land. The investor is to invest to set up the operation and will have the majority stake in the operation and have all management control.

The project from a financial standpoint will profit between US$22 million and 44 million per year based on the end sales product.

The land will produce per year 232 million board feet of flooring, tropical hardwood for furniture, plywood with the lower quality woods and with the remaining sawdust bio mass which sells for over US$100/ton.

All of this will be done in a sustainable way that protects this highly threatened area.

Currently with Brazils new land ownership laws for foreigners and the FACT this land is the only land in the Amazon that will qualify for title insurance due to its extensive documentation, this is the greatest opportunity a qualified investor can make to enter into this market.

We estimate the total investment to be approximately US$65 million dollars of this US$40 million for the land and US$25 million for project set up, permitting, manufacturing plant, roads, certification, and logistical support.
