This restaurant, house and olive grove is situated on the main highway, Rt. 143, between San Rafael and Buenos Aires/Bariloche. It is 10 miles from San Rafael in Salto de las Rosas.

The restaurant was the talk of the area when it was open. It seated about 100 people inside, 50 outside on the patio, and could seat countless others in the park. The restaurant was full on weekends, and they had to turn people away. There are many expatriates in the area and many of the patrons were from the USA, Canada and the UK, as well as local Argentines. They had patrons from as far away as General Alvear, 50 miles away, who would make the drive just for dinner.

The restaurant was run well while the owner was in the country, but mismanaged when he was away. That's why it is closed.

The house is new and quite livable. The swimming pool could stand a few repairs and a fresh coat of paint. The apartment attached to the warehouse is fine for a groundskeeper, or could be spruced up for out-of-town guests.

The title is free and clear.

The olive grove produces about 600 liters of fine olive oil per year. There are many more immature trees than producing ones so production will increase.
