THE BUILDINGS:
Traditional 1st quality building ( to last at least 50 years )with double walls, built using natural Cypress logs combined with stones and glass all in a typical mountain style architecture, the Resort is placed on the mountain’s slope and it is surrounded by a Cypress wood. The surrounding lakes and mountains enhance the Resort’s splendid architectural style.

- All SUITES, LODGES & CABINS have the best comfort and design details such as private halls, special places where to leave ski and outdoor equipment, reading sofas, and relax spaces independent from the bed. The windows are giant so it si possible to enjoy the lake view even lying on the bed, or having a jacuzzi bath.
- All LAKE LODGES, DE LUXE SUITES & CABINS have a divided bathroom and a complete kitchen fully equiped.
- The local artists and craftsmen gave the Resort the combined luxurious and cozy details which make it unique: the cypress logs all around the hotel and especially on the fireplaces, the root furniture, the combined log and iron dressoirs, the lights and drawers’ handles with stags horns and the leaves and petals on the lampshades.

LUXURY CABINS ( 2 )
Equipped for 4 to 6 persons (ideal for 2 adults with 4 children, 3 adults without children or 4 adults with 2 children).
In this kind of accommodation tourist will enjoy an exceptional view of the lake.

They have between 80 to 90 square meters and they are divided in two floors.

In the GROUND FLOOR: Bedroom with a Queen or Twin bed, divided complete bathroom with bathtub, living room with a lovely fireplace, complete kitchen and dinning room for 6 to 7 guests.

In the FIRST FLOOR: Very spacious bedroom in-suite, bathroom with Jacuzzi and, depending on each cottage, people will find a very comfortable private wardrobe or a useful office.



LUXURY SUITES ( 7 )
Fully equiped for 2 to 4 persons (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child). It is possible to add an extra bed free of charge for children under 10 or a cradle free of charge for babies under 2.
They have one of the best views of the lake.

They 70 square meters.

All of them posses a fireplace, a dinning room and an equipped kitchen. Also you will find very spacious bedrooms with king or twin beds and a bathroom with Jacuzzi.

A King size sommier with dressoires made of logs, the divided bathroom with the 10 jets’ jacuzzi and the great view, assures the pleasure of this choice.

The living room is very spacious too and they have a sofa that can be transformed into twin beds.

Some rooms have a hexagonal Jacuzzi, others have large windows or big balconies facing the lake.


SUITES JUNIOR (12)
Fully equipped for 2 persons. It is possible to add an extra bed free of charge for children under 10 or a cradle free of charge for babies under 2).

The Junior Suite bedrooms are very spacious. They have between 33 to 45 square meters.

You can have a king or twin bed and a lovely fireplace. Bathrooms are also very spacious and some of them have a circular or triangular Jacuzzi.

Some of them have a special ramp and all the required accessories for handicapped persons.

And as a third option you will find the ones that have a spectacular deck towards the lake where tourist will have access by using the latest generation automatic elevator.


LAKE LODGES:
Fully equipped for 2 persons. It is possible to add an extra bed free of charge for children under 6 or a cradle free of charge for babies under 2.
They are very spacious. They have between 33 to 45 square meters.

You can have a king or twin bed and a lovely fireplace. Bathrooms are also very spacious and some of them have a circular or triangular Jacuzzi.

Some of them have kitchenette and a daily dinning room as a separate space from the room.

Individual activity day programme: As NIDO DEL CONDOR – RESORT & SPA is located in one of the most beautiful National Parks of the world, some activities can be done mixing ecoturism and mountain sports, with the individual plan made by a personal trainer.

The number of days and the dayly intensity of the treatment and sessions may vary from one person to another. It's also possible to plan the treatment inside the SPA only in 3 or 4 hours per day, so that the guest can still do some traditional tours with the family. In this case, he/she will be given a list of activities to do -some of them included in classic tours- to intensify the treatment results. For example, there are mountainbike or trekking tours within the National Park that can be enjoyed by the whole family without isolating the person who is following the programme. Among other activities that can be included in this sort of programme are:

RESTAURANT
Hotel has complete restaurant with great lake view for 40 persons, fireplace, complete bar, complete kitchen with also artcraft constructed wood oven.

The Restaurant offers the best international cuisine and typical regional plates such as "empanadas", smoked trout salad, lamb ragout, trout ravioli, among others and desserts such as bitter chocolate marquise, red fruits salad, regional cakes with the famous Argentinean "dulce de leche", etc..


TEA TIME & THE BARS

Coming back from a full day of skiing, trekking or simply while enjoying the marvellous lake view from the swimming pool, you´ll be able to enjoy the most delicious regional cakes, pies, home made marmelades, the traditional "alfajores" and "churros" filled with the famous argentinian "dulce de leche", boysemberry, "sauco", and other exquisite flavours.

Two typical BARS also made of logs and stones, complete the gastronomic offer. One of them is located in the solarium, tempting our hosts with delicious drinks and traditional patagonic supper similar to the spanish “tapas” but with smoked salmon, trout, beer and different type of cheeses. The other Bar is located inside the Tea house, with a spectacular view of the lake, and it´s ideal for meeting friends while others play backgammon or cards.
